twen fm broadcasts underground sounds which don’t stand a chance in the mainstream radio, from its office in the torstrasse in east berlin’s mitte. founder sacha benedetti started playing jungle, house, drum’n’base and uk garage as a pirate station. in the meantime twen fm broadcasts image streams over the internet, which flickers on berlin’s tv screens at night too. up to a hundred people visit the twen fm offices everyday to check out talented newcomers and visiting top dj’s. every tuesday twen fm runs a two step party at the wmf club.
