London nirvana  nirvana is a monthly trance night at the converted coronet cinema at elephant & castle. this is an update of the 'escape from samsara' night that ran since 1991 at the fridge in brixton, which was the most successful trance night in london. inside the main room bursts with brightly clad clubbers, ariel performers on silks and various performers amongst the crowd. above the dj box is a huge screen with video images. the dj’s include darren shambhala (gods kitchen), choci, nick sentience, tim samsara and tidy trax producer dave holmes. up one flight of stairs and you are in the arena. the second room that once popped to popcorn is where the psy trance action is with tom fump, liquid elf, young and andrew humphries. go up another flight of steps and you're in the funky room featuring chill dj hosts magnus and floyd. the first 20 performers (jugglers, digeridoo, etc.) to arrive before 23.00 get in free. nirvana runs from 22.30-6.00.  the coronet public transport tube station elephant & castle COMMENTS Your voice on nirvana
