in berlin-mitte horror and fancy dress enthusiasts can buy scary latex masks. the 200 exhibited masks portray celebs, monsters, animals and disfigured creatures. all masks are designed by the czech artist milos sedivy. the disfigured faces are more frightening than the blood smeared horror masks. while wearing them on the street a turtleneck jumper or a high collar jacket should be worn. maskworld offers wigs, false teeth and costumes too. not far from maskworld, the 6-part artist collective dead chickens opened their monsterkabinett. the underground museum is packed with pneumatic horror-installations. the museum opens friday to sunday 16.00-22.00, maskworld monday to saturday, 11.00-22.00.
