London laura lees  laura lees is an embroydery designer who gets inspiration for her fashion designs from day to day london life. laura loves to hang out in pubs. her last collection gone to the pub consists of denim and leather garments embroidered with beer mats, fruit machine symbols and dart boards. laura has designed guitar straps for the strokes, a belt and shirt for wrestling legend the rock as well as school girl jeans jackets for designer luella bartley. her limited edition embroidered jeans record cover from lemon jelly was nominated for a design award. after work laura likes to relax in her local pub narrow boat in islington. the narrow boat is situated next to the idyllic regents canal. at the weekends you can fnd laura at the palm tree pub. the house band at this original east end pub entertains the crowd with easy listening tunes on fridays and saturdays. mountain climbers from the neighbouring sports centre and local pensioners provide an enjoyable party atmosphere. the narrow boat is open daily from 11.00-23.00 and the palm tree daily from 17.00-24.00.  narrow boat the palm tree COMMENTS Your voice on laura lees
