New York firefighter store  amongst the 6500 victims of the ground zero catastrophy have been many brave fire-fighters. whole brigades of manhattans of fire-fighters did not return from their call-out to the world trade center. situated opposite the ladder 20 company at lafayette street is the ny firestore. here you can buy t-shirts, jackets, cups, helmets and pins with the ny fire-fighter logo and of course their mascot: smokey, the bear. all profits go to the association of fire-fighters. next door, you can find the police store. on the firestore web-site site you are able to check out infos about fire stations in the neighborhood and their equipment. the store is open from monday to saturday, 10.00-18.00.  new york firefighter’s friend subway station broadway lafayette COMMENTS Your voice on firefighter store
