London charlatans  the charlatans were part of the manchester scene in its heyday of happy mondays and stone roses. singer tim burgess has recently married his cailfornian girlfriend and now lives in los angeles. the rest of the band will visit him soon for the recording of a new album. the last one was released on universal  COMMENTS Your voice on charlatans
